# Accenture Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Accenture hires freshers in large volumes through on-campus and off-campus drives. Selection centres on an online assessment (Cognitive, Technical, Coding and Communication) followed by interviews. Note: Accenture is gradually moving the cognitive round to a game-based format, so some drives use interactive games instead of the classic sectioned test.
