# Capgemini Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Capgemini hires freshers into Analyst and Senior Analyst tracks. The online test has four scored sections (Pseudocode, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability and a Game-Based Aptitude module). A coding round applies only to the higher Senior Analyst track.

## Eligibility

| Backlogs | No active backlogs at assessment and joining |
| Gap years | Up to 1 year gap generally allowed |

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Test** -- Pseudocode, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Game-Based Aptitude. A coding round is added only for the Senior Analyst track.
2. **Technical Interview** -- Pseudocode, DBMS, OOPS and projects.
3. **HR Interview** -- Communication and fit.

## Preparation notes

- No negative marking on any section
- Pseudocode is the most scoring section, practice output tracing
- Game-based aptitude rewards speed, practice the game pool formats
- Take the coding round seriously only if you target the Senior Analyst track
