# Cognizant Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Cognizant hires freshers through its GenC programme. Selection is a proctored online assessment (Aptitude, Coding and Communication) followed by technical and HR interviews. Higher tracks (GenC Pro and GenC Elevate) carry a tougher coding bar and higher pay.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Assessment** -- Aptitude, Coding (Automata Fix) and Communication, run in a proctored browser.
2. **Technical Interview** -- DSA, DBMS, OOPS, SQL and project discussion.
3. **HR Interview** -- Communication and cultural fit.
