# Cyient Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Cyient hires freshers and postgraduates with a strong ECE, EEE and Mechanical intake alongside CS and IT. Selection is a written test (aptitude, reasoning, verbal and a core-branch technical section) plus coding, followed by an internal L1 technical round and an L2 client round.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Written Test** -- Aptitude, reasoning, verbal and a core-branch technical section, plus coding.
2. **L1 Technical Round** -- Internal technical assessment of core skills.
3. **L2 Client Round** -- Client assesses aptitude for the specific project.
4. **HR Round** -- Communication and fit.
