# Deloitte USI Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Deloitte USI (the US-India offices) hires engineering graduates for technology and business analyst roles serving US clients. Campus candidates take a three-section aptitude test (Quantitative, Logical, Verbal); off-campus drives add a Programming Skills section. Some tracks also use the Versant spoken-English test. The process then moves to a combined technical and HR interview.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Assessment** -- Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability (campus). Off-campus drives add a Programming Skills section.
2. **Versant English Test** -- Pearson spoken-English test for client-facing and BPO-track roles.
3. **Technical and HR Interview** -- Combined technical plus HR discussion.
