# HCLTech Recruitment Process and Eligibility

HCLTech hires freshers through multiple tracks (TechBee for 12th pass candidates and Graduate Engineer Trainee for degree holders). The core gate is a four-section online aptitude test, followed by a technical interview and an HR round. Some drives add a short coding round.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Aptitude Test** -- Four sections (Quantitative, Logical, Verbal, Technical), 60 questions in 60 minutes, plus a short coding round on some drives.
2. **Technical Interview** -- Core programming, data structures, OS and DBMS basics and projects.
3. **HR Interview** -- 20 to 30 minutes on communication and fit.
