# Infosys Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Infosys hires freshers through its recruitment drives (and the InfyTQ platform) into three tracks: Systems Engineer (SE), Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) and Specialist Programmer (SP), each with a different starting CTC and assessment depth.

## Eligibility

| CGPA | 60% / 6.0 aggregate across 10th, 12th and UG |
| Branches | All (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech), MCA, M.Sc (CS/IT/Maths/Stats) |
| Backlogs | No active backlogs at time of application |
| Gap years | No more than 2 years |

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Test** -- Aptitude-based test covering reasoning, mathematical, verbal and pseudocode ability. SP/DSE tracks add a coding round.
2. **Technical Interview** -- Programming fundamentals, DSA, DBMS, projects; deeper coding for SP/DSE.
3. **HR Interview** -- Communication, aspirations and cultural fit.
