# Intuit Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Intuit hires new grads for Software Engineer roles through a selective, product-company process. It starts with a recruiter screen and a HackerRank online assessment (DSA plus SQL and scripting), followed by multiple technical interviews covering data structures, algorithms and design. The bar is high and closer to product-company standards than mass IT services.

## Topics to prepare

- Data Structures and Algorithms (advanced)
- SQL
- Scripting basics

- Software design basics

## Preparation notes

- This is a product-company bar, prepare LeetCode medium to hard
- Do not skip SQL and scripting, they appear in the online assessment
- Practice explaining your approach clearly for the interviews
- Time management on a 90 minute multi-problem set is key
