# LTIMindtree Recruitment Process and Eligibility

LTIMindtree hires freshers into a Graduate track and a premium track for stronger coding and AI profiles. The online test spans six sections (aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal, technical MCQs, coding and psychometric) and now uses AI-assisted coding evaluation, followed by technical and HR interviews.

## Eligibility

| CGPA | 60% or 6.0 CGPA across 10th, 12th and degree |
| Degrees | B.E./B.Tech, MCA |
| Branches | CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Related engineering streams |
| Backlogs | No active backlogs at joining |
| Gap years | Up to 1 year gap generally allowed |

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Test** -- Six sections: quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, technical MCQs, coding and a psychometric assessment.
2. **Technical Interview** -- DSA, DBMS, OOPS and projects.
3. **HR Interview** -- Communication and fit.
