# L&T Technology Services Recruitment Process and Eligibility

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is an engineering and R&D services firm that hires freshers across CS, IT and core engineering branches. Selection is an online test (aptitude, domain-specific technical MCQs and basic coding), a technical interview and an HR round.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Test** -- Aptitude, domain-specific technical MCQs and basic coding, around 90 minutes.
2. **Technical Interview** -- Core branch, coding and projects.
3. **HR Interview** -- 20 to 30 minutes on communication and fit.
