# Mphasis Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Mphasis hires freshers for the Associate Software Engineer role through an elimination-style online assessment (aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal and computer programming), followed by optional group discussion, a technical interview and HR. All rounds are eliminatory with sectional cutoffs.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Assessment** -- Around 80 to 100 MCQs across four sections in 120 minutes, plus an optional coding section.
2. **Group Discussion** -- Optional, drive dependent.
3. **Technical Interview** -- Programming, core CS and projects.
4. **HR Interview** -- Communication and fit.
