# Oracle Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Oracle hires freshers (for example Application Engineer and Member of Technical Staff) through an online assessment covering aptitude, technical MCQs, and coding, followed by technical interviews on data structures, DBMS, and computer fundamentals, and an HR round.
