# Persistent Systems Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Persistent Systems hires freshers largely through its Martian program, an internship-to-hire track. The online assessment covers aptitude, logical reasoning and CS fundamentals with MCQs plus coding, and candidates then go through interviews. A final assessment follows the training weeks.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Assessment** -- MCQs on aptitude, logical reasoning and CS fundamentals plus coding questions.
2. **Technical Interview** -- DSA, DBMS, OS, networking and projects.
3. **HR Interview** -- Communication and fit.
4. **Final Assessment (Martian)** -- MCQs on topics taught during the training weeks plus 2 programming questions in a chosen language track (Python or Java).
