# PwC Recruitment Process and Eligibility

PwC hires freshers into technology, consulting, and advisory roles through a game-based or SHL-style aptitude assessment (numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning), sometimes a pre-recorded video interview and a group exercise, then technical and HR interviews. The screening format is mid-transition between the Career Unlocked games and conventional SHL tests.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Assessment** -- Game-based Career Unlocked or SHL numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning.
2. **Video Interview** -- Pre-recorded responses (drive dependent).
3. **Group / Assessment Centre** -- Group exercise (drive dependent).
4. **Technical and HR Interview** -- Domain, technical, and fit.
