# TCS Recruitment Process and Eligibility

TCS hires freshers primarily through the TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT). A single test with a Foundation and an Advanced section; performance segments candidates into the Ninja, Digital and Prime offer bands, each leading to interviews.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **TCS NQT Online Test** -- Foundation section (Numerical, Verbal, Reasoning) plus a mandatory Advanced section (advanced quant/reasoning and coding) for Digital/Prime consideration.
2. **Technical Interview** -- Projects, programming fundamentals, DSA, DBMS/OS and problem solving.
3. **Managerial + HR Interview** -- Situational/behavioural questions, relocation, background and communication.

- **HR Interview** (Fit) -- Communication, relocation flexibility, service agreement.
