# Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Tech Mahindra hires freshers through its Entry Level Training Program (ELTP). Selection is a three-part online assessment (Aptitude and Essay, then a Technical and Psychometric round, then a Communication round) followed by interviews. Sectional cutoffs apply and you cannot revisit submitted answers.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Aptitude and Essay** -- Aptitude MCQs plus one essay writing task.
2. **Technical and Psychometric** -- Personality test, programming MCQs, CS MCQs and a coding round.
3. **Communication Assessment** -- AI proctored spoken English (pronunciation, fluency, grammar).
4. **Technical and HR Interview** -- Projects, core CS, coding and fit.
