# Wipro Recruitment Process and Eligibility

Wipro recruits freshers primarily through the Elite National Talent Hunt (Elite NTH / NLTH) for Project Engineer roles. Separate WILP (work-integrated learning) and Turbo tracks run their own assessments and offer letters.

## Recruitment rounds, in order

1. **Online Assessment** -- Aptitude, written English essay and 2 coding problems.
2. **Technical Interview** -- Programming, DSA and project-based questions.
3. **HR Interview** -- Communication, service agreement and organisational fit.
