Extracurricular Internship in Computer Science / Information Systems (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big: Design and develop software; Resolve unexpected software problems; Apply all the best coding practices to ensure fully functional, reliable and efficient software; Develop quality assurance and test procedures for automatic functionality validation; Develop safety and security rules or procedures on the developed software; Maintain and upgrade existing software with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools; Produce technical and user manuals; Provide training material and sessions for the end user; Cooperate on requirements definition with project team. What distinguishes you: Background in IT or computer science; Knowledge of the software lifecycle; Ability to implement best practices for Software Quality (testing); Ability to develop unit testing components - Full-stack; Understand concepts of software engineering; Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming; Programming language knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript; Experience using Laravel MVC Framework (Entity is a plus); Experience with web app development including frontend frameworks and libraries like Vue.js (React or Bootstrap is a plus); Database design and management skills in MySQL (MS-SQL or Oracle is a plus); Ability to work as a team in an agile environment; Good communication skills.
