As a Real Estate Builds Intern on the Employee Workplace Experience team, you'll spend 12 weeks contributing to a project focused on standardizing and future-proofing our real estate strategy and workplace experience. You'll work closely with Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams - partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and drive consistency across our portfolio. This role offers hands-on exposure to how projects move from inception to completion, giving you a front-row seat to the collaboration, decision-making, and execution that shape our workplace. What you'll do: Contribute to a standardization initiative that establishes scalable frameworks for how we plan, design, and deliver workplace experiences across our portfolio Partner with Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes and create consistency in project execution Support cross-functional project cycles from inception to completion - participating in planning, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and post-project evaluation Research and synthesize industry trends, benchmarks, and internal data to inform recommendations that future-proof our real estate strategy Help develop tools, playbooks, templates, or guidelines that enable teams to execute standards more efficiently a
