Strategy & Operations Intern About Sarvam Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. About the Role Sarvam's Strategy and Operations team sits at the centre of how the revenue function runs: the systems, the data, and the analysis behind who we sell to and where the team focuses its effort. The company is growing quickly, and this function scales with it. This role works on making that engine sharper. You will take a part of it, study how it performs today, form a view on what would make it better, and then build that. The work is analytical first and hands-on second. We are AI-first in how we work, so what you can ship is set by your judgment. You will work directly with sales, marketing, and leadership, and your output goes into decisions. What You'll Do Market and opportunity sizing. Build bottom-up models for segments we are entering, and quantify where the next set of revenue comes from. Funnel and conversion analysis. Follow the path from signup to revenue, find where it can improve, and build the instrumentation and reporting that makes it visible. Account and competitive research. Sharpen where the team spends its time with research on target accounts, segments, and competitors. Revenue systems. Strengthen the systems the team runs on, including how our CRM represents accounts, deals, and product usage. Reporting the team relies on. Build and maintain the recurring reporting that sales, marketing, and leadership use to run the business. Programs and execution.
