IN_RBIN_ Senior Engineer Quality Management Process

We're looking for a Senior Engineer Quality Management Process to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management processes in our Lab operations Conduct comprehensive process analysis and root cause analysis to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics in Lab to measure process effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making Develop and execute corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to address quality issues and non-conformances Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications Gauge management and calibration to support manufacturing. Mentor and guide junior engineers on quality management best practices and process improvements Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality procedures, work instructions, and process maps Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. 2+ years of professional experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or quality management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation Basic understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent) Elementary Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools Excellent technical documentation and communication skills Preferred: Experience with ERP systems and statistical analysis software Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments
