About the Team This role rolls up into the AI Transformation team, within the broader Finance Org today — though our mandate reaches far beyond it. We're pushing to leverage AI across the entire organization, creating multiples of efficiency in how every function operates. About the Role Decagon is growing fast — we're looking for a Business Systems Manager to own the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of our ERP, and to drive ownership across our broader systems landscape — Ramp, Navan, TeamOhana, Aleph, and more. This isn't a role about evaluating tools and writing decks. You'll be hands-on, driving the full SDLC across all of these systems while partnering closely with every relevant business stakeholder.
