Senior Business Analyst - Go-To-Market What You’ll Do: Act as a strategic advisor to your cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Renewals and a liaison to the technical Business Intelligence team Execute deep-dive analysis addressing key business issues and present findings to senior stakeholders Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business questions into verifiable hypotheses using complex, multi-source data Build dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics, empower other team members with data, and investigate business questions Demonstrate great judgment in quickly forming actionable, data-driven conclusions in the face of uncertainty Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format Diagnose business process flows and contribute to improving automation and process improvements via data apps, workflow triggers/alerts and business applications enhancements What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related discipline 5 years relevant experience in business analysis, management consulting, or other related experiences analyzing large datasets to solve
