Finance Manager

The Role: This is a high-ownership finance role that keeps the company running day to day. You will lead our finance operations function and own how money moves through Emergent: what we collect, what we pay, where the cash sits and whether every statutory deadline is met, across our India and US entities. You'll be the first point of contact for internal teams on payments, vendors, reimbursements and approvals, and you will work closely with the Business and Business Finance. This is not a back-office seat. You will be expected to own AP, AR, treasury and compliance, build the processes, controls and automation that let finance move fast without losing discipline, and to spot risks before they become problems. What You'll Do: Run accounts payable end to end: vendor onboarding and KYC, PR/PO and approval workflows, invoice validation, three-way matching, payment runs and vendor reconciliations.
