Program Manager - Founder Branding

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox. We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale. The Role: About 70% of our users have never coded before. They are small business owners, solo founders, and operators who had an idea and no engineer to build it with. We are hiring someone to run founder branding for our CEO and co-founder. You will own the founder content programme end-to-end, with LinkedIn, X, and newsletters as the main surfaces. Half the job is writing. You will draft posts, threads, and newsletter editions in each founder's voice, which means spending enough time with them to know how they actually think and talk. The other half is running the programme: pulling ideas out of the founders' heads, holding a calendar, keeping the cadence steady during weeks when they are travelling or heads-down, chasing approvals, and making sure nothing sits in draft for three weeks. Most of our audience is in the US and Europe. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing.
