About the company & role
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. We believe bringing the Figma brand to life through in-person experiences is a critical part of how we engage with our community. As a Brand Events Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of our brand-focused events — from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations — and conceptualize, produce, and measure those experiences. You'll sit within our Experiential Marketing team and work closely with brand, creative, and comms to create meaningful brand experiences that resonate with the Figma community. This is a great fit for someone who lives at the intersection of brand and experiential production, has experience growing and scaling teams, and knows how to balance strategy with execution. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
