Our Advocacy team is central to this mission - empowering our users through engaging content, meaningful interactions, and genuine advocacy. We're looking for a Designer Advocate to partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. You'll bring deep design expertise, strong product intuition, and a genuine love for the design community into our go-to-market strategies. You'll also champion our users' voices internally, ensuring their perspectives shape our product evolution. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs. What you’ll do at Figma: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows Develop written, visual, and video resources that reflect how modern teams actually design and build, from early exploration to production-ready systems Foster meaningful relationships within the Figma community, identify collaboration opportunities, and nurture user-driven initiatives Regularly present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events, sharing practical insights from real-world design work Stay attuned to community feedback, sentiment, and emerging design trends, advocating internally to inform product decisions and improvements We'd love to hear from you if you have: Bring deep, hands-on expertise in Figma,
