About the Role We're hiring an SDR Manager to lead and scale our West Coast SDR team, at a real inflection point for the function, the team is shifting from an inbound-reliant motion to one that generates its own outbound pipeline, and this hire will help define how we do that. This role is for a hands-on people leader who loves developing early-career sales talent, building repeatable outbound motions, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline. You'll own the day-to-day performance, coaching, and career growth of your team while building the coaching cadence, outbound playbook, and AI-enabled workflows that will define how this function operates as it scales. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on revenue. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days/week) based in SF. What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to activity, quality, and pipeline goals Run regular 1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, and team training sessions Build and own a repeatable coaching and enablement cadence, including call reviews, scorecards, roleplays, that shortens ramp time and raises the floor across the team Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on ICP, qualification standards, and opportunity quality Work with Marketing to operationalize campaigns, events, and account-based plays Analyze SDR performance data to identify trends, coaching opportunities, and process improvements Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs as the team grows Evaluate and drive adoption of AI and automation tools that make the team more efficient prospectors Build a strong team culture centered on accountability, continuous improvement, and career progression About You: To be successful in this role, you: 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1–2 years managing SDRs Proven track record of coaching SDRs to consistently hit or exceed
