We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specializing in derivatives and trading agreements to join our global legal team to collaborate with the firm to negotiate and provide legal advice with respect to derivatives transactions and other trading-related matters. You will work on a variety of transactions and agreements, including derivatives agreements, prime brokerage agreements, and other broker relationship contracts. In addition, you will work on a range of other agreements needed to meet the ongoing needs of our diversified trading firm. Areas of responsibility will include reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, regulatory advice for new business initiatives, and other corporate legal matters. This role will be based in our Hong Kong Office with the expectation of being onsite.
