AI Ops Engineer (People Team)

TL;DR We're looking for an exceptional AI Software Engineer to build the AI-powered People systems that help Lovable scale. As Lovable grows, we're rethinking how work gets done. Rather than relying on traditional HR software, we're building AI-native products that transform hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, identity, compliance, and other core People workflows. You'll work embedded with our People team, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand problems, design solutions, and ship production-ready software.
