Internal Communications Lead

TL;DR This is a strategic operating role at the center of the company, reporting to the Head of Comms with a dotted line to our Cofounder and CEO. Your core job is making sure company leadership communication is clear, consistent, and compounding week after week as we scale. Around that core, you'll own the narrative, the moments, and the rhythms that keep a fast-growing global team aligned, and you'll run the programming lean, with AI doing the production work so your judgment goes where it matters most. The challenge: when a company doubles in a year across offices and oceans, shared context is the first thing that can break. The warmth of a small team gets diluted by process.
