TL;DR We're looking for an IT Engineer who treats every manual ticket as a bug. You'll automate the company's IT operations end-to-end with AI agents, so 250+ Lovables can move at terminal velocity. What we're looking for 5+ years in IT engineering, corporate engineering, or platform IT at a high-growth tech company. Fluent with identity, MDM, SaaS lifecycle, and zero-trust networking (Okta/Entra, Jamf/Intune/Kandji, Tailscale/Cloudflare, Google Workspace). You write real code - Python, TypeScript, or Go - and ship automations as production systems, not scripts. Hands-on experience securing AI agents and LLM tooling (Lovable, Claude, function-calling, MCP, internal copilots) and a clear point of view on where humans should stay in the loop.
