About the Role As an Order Management Specialist, Audit, you will help ensure our quote-to-cash processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable by reviewing accounts, resolving system and billing issues, and supporting audit workflows that impact downstream business outcomes. This role is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working across systems and teams to solve moderately complex operational issues. In this role, you will report into Alexander Shaw (Manager, Order Management Audit). You will work closely with cross-functional partners to improve process quality, support efficient order and account handling, and contribute to a high-performing remote operations environment. What You’ll Do Support Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote-to-cash process by helping ensure orders, accounts, and related audit activities are completed accurately and on time. Use systems such as Salesforce and Zuora to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues. Review billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and recommend appropriate escalation when needed. Partner with cross-functional
