Visit gomotive.com to learn more. We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead our new Maintenance and Fuel vertical and grow our design presence in Bangalore. This role is both hands-on and organizationally pivotal. You will lead a team of designers working within our growing Maintenance and Fuel vertical, delivering intuitive, scalable experiences across web and mobile platforms. In parallel, you will serve as a local design leader for South Asia, supporting and mentoring designers across teams, many of whom may report into different managers globally. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening design culture on the ground, elevating craft, and ensuring designers in the region feel supported, connected, and set up to succeed. You will also be instrumental in building and scaling our design team in India, helping us attract and hire exceptional talent in a highly competitive market.
