Position Description The Opportunity Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, managing complex calendars and shifting priorities with accuracy and efficiency Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics as needed Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through offer Own day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS) — posting and updating job requisitions, entering and maintaining candidate data, and moving candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, requisitions, and templates within Greenhouse and other talent systems, monitoring recruiting activity to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring lifecycle Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives as needed Help create an inclusive, positive, and consistent experience for every candidate who engages with Nurix What You’ll Bring 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative, or related experience, preferably within biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or a fast-paced c
