We are seeking a brilliant, organized and highly motivated leader who will provide strategic and tactical medical leadership and will deliver key clinical and scientific leadership to clinical development programs while ensuring the highest standard for safety and compliance with regulatory requirements and standard procedures. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Medical Officer. Lead one or more Program teams comprised of functional representatives from Clinical Development (Clinical Operations, Medical Monitoring, Clinical Science), Research and Translational Medicine, Regulatory, Technical Operations, Quality, and Commercial from phase 1 through phase 3 and through approval and launch; serve as the single point of accountability for the BTK Program Global Development Team (GDT), and to create and drive key program decisions through appropriate governance forums, where appropriate As a member of the Clinical Executive Management Team, partner with stakeholders to set clear direction and execute against goals
