Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR People Operations Manager to build and lead our People function. This role is crucial for shaping our culture, driving employee engagement, and building the scalable HR infrastructure necessary to support our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and offers. Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding experience to ensure new hires are set up for success. People Operations Systems: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our values and comply with employment laws. Oversee benefits and compensation administration, manage the HRIS platform for data accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance. Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making. Employee Experience Development: Foster positive employee relations and serve as a trusted resource for all team members. Develop and implement performance management processes and career development pathways. Design and deliver training programs to support employee skill development and leadership growth. Culture Organizational Development: Lead and champion initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
