About company
About the Role We are looking for a powerhouse Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) / Growth to own the entire commercial launch and expansion strategy for our product. This isn't a traditional, siloed marketing or sales role—this is a unified, high-impact position designed for a strategic leader who views marketing, launch mechanics, demand generation, and sales enablement as a single, continuous motion. As a product goes live, you will literally be the person who takes the product to market. If you possess a rare blend of sharp marketing instincts and a commercial sales mindset, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Your mission is simple yet challenging: bridge the gap between product readiness and market dominance. The Launch Mastermind: Own the end-to-end launch strategy for our product. You will define the positioning, messaging, and rollout phases to ensure maximum impact on day one. Unified GTM Execution: Treat marketing, demand gen, and sales enablement not as separate departments, but as a single, cohesive engine. Demand Generation: Design, execute, and scale data-driven inbound and outbound campaigns that build a robust, high-converting pipeline. Sales Enablement: Arm the sales team with the exact tools, collateral, competitive intelligence, and playbook they need to close deals faster. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to align market feedback with product roadmaps. What We Are Looking For The Sales & Marketing Contour: You don't just sit in a marketing silo or a sales bullpen. You deeply understand the psychology of the buyer (Marketing) and the mechanics of closing a deal (Sales). Launch Experience: You have a proven track record of successfully launching new products or entering new markets from scratch, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Data-Driven Builder: You are comfortable working with analytics, attribution models, and CRM data to optimize the funnel contin
