The Point72 Academy’s Spring Insight Programme is a work shadowing programme designed to expose undergraduate students from all backgrounds to the possibility of a career in investing. Point72 Academy Spring Insight Programme – London The Spring Insight Programme is an in-person, one week work shadowing experience for students planning to graduate in 2029 who are eager to learn about our business and company culture. Our goal is to increase students’ awareness and access to a career in investing. This can be your first step in building a career at Point72. Over the course of five days in our London office, you will gain an understanding of financial markets and observe the day-to-day activities of our Academy professionals. You will experience a firsthand look at the work environment and responsibilities at Point72. Participants will also learn about the fundamentals of our business and get a glimpse into the life of a Point72 Academy Associate through observation and interaction with our team members. You will receive insights and feedback from our Academy management members, enhancing your understanding of the industry.
