What this job can offer you This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global HR-tech space as Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial Legal, APAC . We are looking for a seasoned and business-oriented commercial lawyer who is interested in helping with our team's mission, namely: to deliver pragmatic and innovative legal solutions for Remote's products and stakeholders while protecting Remote from unacceptable risk. This is an individual contributor role with no managerial responsibilities. It will be part of the Commercial Legal sub-team. As a senior commercial lawyer, you will be the primary legal partner to our APAC sales teams — owning Terms of Service negotiation, contract redlining, and commercial agreement review across the region. APAC is a diverse and strategically important market for Remote, and this role sits directly on the path between a qualified opportunity and a signed contract.
