What you'll do Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Sales Engineers, providing support to help onboard and develop team members. This role reports to our Head of Sales Engineering. Set clear performance expectations: Establish and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the team. Monitor individual and team performance to ensure everyone is working towards meeting or exceeding goals. GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
