Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand organizational presence and market share across Chennai and surrounding regions Analyze market trends, demographic data, and competitive landscapes to identify high-potential growth opportunities and areas for expansion Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, municipal authorities, community leaders, and other key stakeholders Oversee the planning, development, and launch of new city-level programs and initiatives that align with organizational objectives Manage budgets and financial resources allocated to city growth projects, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts across operations, marketing, finance, and community engagement functions Monitor key performance indicators and program metrics to assess progress toward growth targets and adjust strategies as needed Identify and mitigate risks associated with urban development, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management Represent the organization in public forums, community events, and municipal meetings to build brand visibility and credibility Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership on growth initiatives, market insights, and strategic recommendations Set up dashboards for performance tracking and business monitoring.
