Work Mandate: Employees will work from Bangalore office.   About the Role: We're looking for a Lead - marketing to drive regional and category marketing for Dineout — owning end-to-end GTM planning and execution across festival campaigns, key restaurant partnerships (QSRs, preferred brands), and product-led marketing moments. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and partnerships, and requires someone who can plan sharp campaigns, execute flawlessly with cross-functional teams, and constantly look for smarter (including AI-powered) ways of working.   What You'll Do: GTM Planning & Execution (City/Festival Campaigns and New Launches) Own end-to-end GTM planning for city and festival campaigns and new market/region launches Activate Influencers / one of the key JBTD Execute marketing initiatives on time, working closely with cross-functional teams (brand, content, performance) Run post-launch analysis and optimize based on learnings Brand Partnerships Build brand pitch decks Plan & Execute core marketing levers — influencers, offline activation, seeding, and more Coordinate with off-app POCs across channels to ensure consistent rollout Build a post-campaign analysis framework and share reports/learnings with stakeholders Product Marketing & Product-Led Events Build and execute comprehensive GTM plans for product marketing moments Drive execution across influencers, offline, and seeding channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams Conduct post-launch analysis and optimize future campaigns. What We're Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or partnerships roles (agency or in-house; category/e-commerce/food-tech/consumer internet experience preferred) Strong GTM planning and campaign execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple charters/priorities at once Experience with (or strong aptitude for) influencer marketing, offline activation, and seeding as growth levers Comfort building brand pitch decks and p
