Key Responsibilities: • CDP Roadmap & Vision: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CDP, aligned to company goals and customer needs. • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective delivery. • Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand user personas (dealers/OEMs), pain points, data workflows, and market trends to inform product decisions. • Product Design & Requirements: Translate market/user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure CDP meets security, privacy, and regulatory (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) requirements. • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and iterate to deliver measurable business and customer value. • Go-to-Market: Collaborate in launch, enablement, and success of new features with Marketing, Sales, and Support. • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide associate/junior product managers.
