Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe. About this Role We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Tekion Parts Product team. In this role, you will drive strategic product initiatives across the Parts value chain, with a strong focus on AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, and ecosystem connectivity. You will own high-visibility, critical capabilities that improve dealership productivity, reduce manual effort, and simplify complex parts workflows for dealership users. This includes shaping Parts AI initiatives across the user journey, while also driving key capabilities across OEM integrations, third party integrations, and APC Studio / REST API extensibility. You will work closely with Engineering, ML/AI Engineers, Design, Data, GTM, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partner Engineering teams to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a senior product leader who thrives in complex technical domains, brings strong customer empathy, and can translate AI and platform capabilities into practical dealership workflows
