The role: As Principal Product Manager, you will own and shape the strategy, define KPIs and be responsible for the roadmap delivery of products built under the portfolio of Business Messaging. You will play a key role in the 10-100 journey for a product line that has scaled to become the most anchored offering in Truecaller’s suite of enterprise products. What you’ll do: You will develop and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for everything within the Verified communication solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. You will deliver high-quality products in-time, to meet important business revenue goals that excite our investors and customers. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the business communications space. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, product engineering, analytics as well as marketing and sales, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market processes. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization
