The role: As a Senior Product Manager, you own the roadmap across several monetization surfaces at once, translate business goals from commercial, growth, and premium stakeholders into ML product bets, and decide where a specialized engineering and data science team spends its time. You will work close to the metal - experiments, ranking metrics, revenue per impression, conversion funnels - and close to the top - steering-committee roadmaps and quarterly commitments. What you'll do: Own the product roadmap for the Recommendations portfolio across Ads, Business Messaging, Premium and Growth - one coherent strategy across surfaces that today compete for the same models, data and engineers. Turn commercial targets into ML product work: define the opportunity, size it, frame the hypothesis, and prioritize it against everything else the team could ship. Drive the experimentation cadence end to end - hypothesis, A/B design, guardrail metrics, readout, ship/kill decision - and keep the bar high on what counts as a win. Partner daily with engineering, data science and analytics in Stockholm, and with commercial, sales and growth stakeholders across Stockholm and Bangalore. O
