Learn more at www.turing.com . Role Overview We are hiring a Community Manager to build and grow Turing’s community across developers (Supply) and customers (Demand). Reporting to the Head of Talent Growth, you will own social media, events, and partnerships — turning community engagement into measurable brand advocacy and top-of-funnel impact. Job Responsibilities Help engage with talent across social media and other channels effectively. Lead community strategy initiatives for both Demand and Supply in coordination with Talent Growth leadership. Organize and execute diverse virtual and in-person events, such as roundtables, hackathons, panels, and launch events. Ensure community initiatives are synchronized with Product, Sales, and Marketing departments to bolster retention and acquisition. Deliver regular community performance briefings during monthly business reviews. Discover and mobilize strategic partnerships with creators, brands, and various organizations to broaden the community's footprint.
