Sr. Technical Sourcer

You will focus on building a robust talent pipeline for our most critical technical roles in engineering across Senior level searches. You’ll also stretch to support roles across EPD when needed, and will have the autonomy to craft best-in-class sourcing practices, drive outreach strategies, and set the foundation for future team growth. What you’ll do as a Sr. Technical Sourcer at Vanta: Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and attract top technical talent, with a focus on our most critical, niche, and senior engineering roles Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, and engagement with professional communities and conferences. Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Collaborate closely with the recruiting and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, align on priorities, and refine sourcing strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies, improve pipeline performance, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence and influencing hiring decisions. Champion AI-first recruiting practices by integrating emerging AI tools into sourcing workflows, improving candidate engagement, pipeline quality, and operational efficiency.
