About the Role: Vercel is growing fast, and so is the demand on our IT team. We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the backbone of day-to-day technical support for our New York City office, someone who takes real ownership of the employee experience and keeps our team running at full speed. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for in-office IT support: resolving hardware and software issues and partnering with teams across the company to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. You'll manage the tools and systems Vercel's employees rely on every day, from endpoint management and AV to onboarding workflows and access controls. AI fluency is a core expectation at Vercel, not a bonus. We expect you to actively use AI tools to work faster, automate repetitive tasks, and solve problems more effectively. Whether that's writing scripts, drafting documentation, triaging requests, or researching solutions, we want someone who reaches for AI as a natural part of how they work. Beyond the helpdesk, you'll have genuine opportunities to contribute to larger IT projects and initiatives. This is a team that operates with a high bar and moves quickly, and we're looking for
